Geoblink: Location analytics for real estate and retail

Our business intelligence team is in Grapevine, Texas this week at the Gartner Data & Analytics Summit. We’re showcasing some of our favorite implementations using our tools for maps and data visualization, like Geoblink’s cloud-based software for real estate and retail analysis.

The Madrid-based Geoblink team chose to build its software using our location platform because our APIs offer dynamic, data-driven styling with large datasets, rendering fast maps on the client.

Nailing location is critical to businesses that rely on proximity to their customers. For example, gym franchise Anytime Fitness uses Geoblink to determine optimal placement for facilities, analyzing competitor locations, average foot traffic, demographic profiles, total spend per target demographic, and more.
