🌱 What’s New
We’ve released Maps SDK for Unity v2.1.0
This release features Editor Preview mode, which makes it easier to review your map design changes in Unity as you edit — without flipping between “Play” mode and “Editor”. Save valuable development time and improve the quality of game level generation. Learn how to enable it here.
SAML Single sign-on public beta
Say goodbye to shared passwords and hello to SSO! Now you can level up your account security by connecting Mapbox to the Enterprise-grade identity solution already in place at your organization, like Okta. Read the blog post, send the documentation to your IT team for review, or log in to your account to start setting up Single sign-on today.
New annotation extension for Maps SDK for iOS
Introducing a simpler way to add icons, text, points, lines, and polygons to your map in a familiar object-oriented manner, without using runtime styling. Learn more or check out the Android Annotation Plugin.
Atlas Toolkit — Private Beta Release
Now you can drag and drop CSV, GeoJSON, or JSON data to create stunning visualizations with Kepler.gl on Atlas. This release includes bundled offline versions of Mapbox GL JS, Mapbox Studio, Mapbox.js, Mapbox GL Geocoder, and Kepler.gl, all compatible with minimal or no extra configuration and no extra security approval. Current Atlas users can request a 30-day trial here.
📦 New Solutions
Asset Tracking
Logistics providers need to continuously improve safety, efficiency and satisfaction for their customers. To achieve these goals, providers need to overcome three challenges — operational visibility, customer experience, and compliance. With the new Mapbox Asset Tracking solution you can deploy the solution code on AWS to ingest, enrich, store, and retrieve your live asset location data in under 15 minutes.
