I’m headed to Doha tomorrow for a series of workshops hosted by the Qatar Computing Research Institute. The focus of my talks will be OpenStreetMap and Mapbox tools, such as Turf.js and Tile Reduce. I will also be joining experts from the Qatar Red Crescent Society to conduct a workshop about OpenStreetMap for disaster response, using recent activations by the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team as examples.
If you’d like to join the conversation, registration is open now.
Event details:
November 29, 16:30 - 18:30
Qatar Red Crescent Headquarters
Al Salata, Doha, Qatar
Catch me at the event or on Twitter to talk Mapbox, OpenStreetMap or maps in general.
