This Friday I’m heading to Philadelphia for ELA Conf, a tech conference for women who want to break into leadership roles through speaking, teaching, and writing. I’ve had the pleasure to be part of the organizing team and can say that we are all so excited to meet the 27 women who will be speakers, panelists, and moderators.
