Sajjad Anwar aka @geohacker is joining Mapbox. We have known Sajjad for a long time as an open data advocate, programmer and OpenStreetMap expert and I’m excited to welcome him to the team. Before joining Mapbox, Sajjad has created a collaborative mapping platform for the environmental initiatives at Moabi, built tech and data workflows for assessing school performance, and helped grow the open data movement in India with DataMeet. Sajjad is joining us to help grow our data team and build tomorrow’s mapping tools.
