Mapbox is the location partner for the Rimac C_Two autonomous electric hypercar. The navigation experience was built with the Navigation SDK for QT, leveraging HD Vector Maps to stream map data. In addition to the C_Two integration, Rimac will make our maps and navigation available to its OEM infotainment and drivetrain customers.
The Rimac C_Two is an unbelievably fast and beautiful car, and we’re proud to provide equally fast and beautiful maps. The Rimac team styled the maps to match the sleek driver experience of the vehicle. The navigation system itself will support unique features like Rimac’s virtual trainer assist, teaching you how to corner fast on the track.
Rimac Automobili turned heads in 2017 with its launch of the Rimac One, a 1,000 horse power electric hypercar. Rimac is now doubling down with the C_Two, announced at the Geneva Auto show in March, with a breathtaking 1,914 horsepower.
We’re joining leaders in the connected car and autonomous vehicle market at this year’s TU-Automotive Detroit. Stop by booth #B132 to catch a demo of our latest tech. Reach out to schedule a time to meet.
