Threshold 360 is building a library of immersive 360° imagery for public locations across the world — restaurants, shops, hotels, and more. Businesses and search directories use Threshold 360 to integrate this imagery into their digital properties; their users can search and explore places as if they are literally stepping in the door.

Threshold 360 customers can display imagery for multiple POIs on a custom Mapbox map style and build that map into their products. All of this content is viewable via desktop, mobile, and even VR.

In the example below, Experience Kissimmee highlights the best dining options at Disney Springs via a mashup of a Mapbox map and interactive 360° imagery. If you’ve ever found yourself wondering if a restaurant has the right “vibe”, this is a good way to get a sense of the space, ambiance, and the location, before committing.

In a study by Threshold 360 comparing time-on-page with a generic POI map vs. one with their interactive content, the Threshold 360/Mapbox map kept users on the page for 92% longer.

Use our building blocks to create custom styled maps for your content. Style every aspect of the map in Studio, our visual design suite. Have questions about building with our tools? Reach out to our sales team.
