Our friends at the World Bank are working in Cần Thơ, in the Mekong Delta of Vietnam, to manage and reduce flood risk around the city. The importance of recent imagery and map data comes into play as authorities try to anticipate the connectivity of urban areas vulnerable to a rise in the Hậu River’s water level.
